The Challenge

UX strategy informing customers of an upcoming change to the main navigation. This is a high traffic section where any change can impact a user’s experience so it’s important that users are informed and will remember it afterward. We¬†also had to inform users of another important feature making two important pieces of information that we had to present in an easy to read and not overwhelming way.

The Solution

Created easy to read messaging with an animation visually showing where the link will be living in the navigation. Created a main header with the main messaging, then underneath the animation, a second sub-header featuring the second part of the messaging informing users of other features we were offering.

The Challenge

As Fidelity continued to bring in new accounts to the new my account section we had unique and different types of accounts that didn’t fit the typical type of accounts we already had in place. Need to present the complex type of account in an easy to read and intuitive way.

The Solution

I highlighted and broke up each account within the layout of the module so each account type was on it’s own line and then had the balance below visually showing that all of these unique accounts added to the total balance. Then put in a light gray the vested balance that was available from the total amount.

The Challenge

The pain points for kiteboarders are having one central place to see all the tricks listed out, categorized by level, with detailed information on technique.

Stories, videos, and trick information are scattered throughout YouTube and various websites with little organization making it hard to find information on tricks that have a lot of technique involved.

The Solution

My solution is a personalized product that will have content and information organized intuitively.

There will be a tricks section where a kiteboarder starts off with the beginner building blocks and slowly progresses through tricks, bringing them from beginner to where their heart desires.
